Hello! I'm Kate.
I'm a Twin Cities-area Craniosacral Therapist (trained through Heartwood Institute) and Reiki Master (Twin Cities Reiki Master).
I am also a registered wedding officiant (State of Minnesota) and ordained minister (Universal Life Church) focused on providing spiritual life event support outside traditional religious structures.
About Well & Flame
The name Well & Flame is inspired by the Celtic goddess/Irish saint Brigid, known both for her prolific healing wells and her perpetual flame.
Out of balance, both water and fire can be destructive. In balance, they cleanse, soothe, heal, transform, activate and inspire. The work I do intends to find that balance. Whether through healing sessions or rites and rituals, it is all to access your own well of wisdom and your own inner flame.
